Children Program
Q: When can I register?
A: Regular Season: Registration opens each April for the following September, and runs through the end of each September. You want to register early as classes fill quickly!

Q: How long is the commitment when I register?
A: Regular Season: September through June, but it also depends on a dance program.

Q: Do you offer drop-in classes?
A: Regular Season: If space exists in the class, we offer drop-in classes/trial enrollments during the months of September, October and January each year (fee applies), to allow students the chance to try a new dance style or level before committing to the full season.

Q: Can I try a class before registering?
A: Yes. If your child has special needs and requires a trial class, please contact
columbusdancecentre@gmail.com to discuss options.

Q: What is the cost?
A: Dance Group Class Fees is varies from dance program to dance program.

Q: What is the Refund Policy?
A: Regular Season: Dance fees are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
Columbus Dance Centre reserves the right to withdraw students who have been registered in the incorrect age or level category. A new class will be recommended, or remaining tuition will be refunded.
An instructor may withdraw a student from a class if the student consistently refuses to abide by the studio etiquette. If a student is withdrawn from a class or dismissed from the studio due to unresolved etiquette concerns, no refunds will be offered.

Q: What do I wear?
A: Ballet and Preschool Dance: students must wear a pink leotard and pink tights and ballet shoes to class. Hair must be pulled back in a bun (off face).
DanceSport class: Girls: Solid color dress, white tights and ballroom dance shoes. Boys: Solid color shirt, black pants and ballroom dance shoes.

Q: Do you offer summer classes?
A: Yes, we offer summer dance classes in July and August, only with limited schedule availability. You can check with our Front Desk Receptionist on days and times.
